About this course

Han Yang Ru Yi (涵阳如意) is a traditional Medical Qi Gong system rooted in classical Chinese internal training, presented here by Master Dennis Wang as a complete and structured online program.

The course is suitable for anyone, whether they come with a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine or begin from nothing. The lessons are arranged progressively, so that skill is built safely and deepened through consistent practice.

Training opens with the classical Shaolin stretching syllabus, Yi Jin Ba Shi (易筋八姿), which prepares the body by opening the spine, activating the fascia and meridian pathways, and establishing structural alignment. From there the practitioner moves into the essential Han Yang exercises and the 15 Movements, practiced slowly and calmly to cultivate sensitivity, regulate the breath, and develop internal stability. With time, sustained practice deepens awareness and strengthens the ability to work with Qi in a controlled and grounded manner. In the later stages, Master Dennis teaches and demonstrates the Healing Protocol, showing how the system is applied responsibly in a therapeutic setting.

The curriculum has recently been expanded considerably. It now includes a complete Three Dantian Meditation Series with detailed instruction and healing demonstration, the Sleeping Protocol application module, eleven full Live Training Sessions recorded at The Martial Camp, and an extended Student Q&A Series addressing important practical and safety questions.

All videos are professionally subtitled in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.

Medical Qi Gong is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine focused on regulating and balancing Qi within the body. Traditionally practiced alongside acupuncture, herbal medicine, and therapeutic massage, it uses structured movement, breath regulation, and focused intention to support structural alignment, nervous system balance, emotional regulation, and overall internal stability. It is not intended as a replacement for medical care, but as a complementary discipline that supports long-term well-being when practiced responsibly.
