About this course

The Practice of Magical Evocation is an advanced course in Sifu Mark Rasmus's Hermetic series, intended for students already grounded in the exercises of Initiation into Hermetics and prepared to progress further. It follows the classical Hermetic path, in which evocation is approached not as spectacle but as the disciplined result of a trained mind, a stable will, and command of the elements.
The course is a sequence of guided practices, recorded during the private classes and workshops Sifu Mark conducts in Chiang Mai. Rather than a polished studio production, it offers direct access to his teaching as it is actually transmitted — the instructions, corrections, and elaborations given to committed students in the room with him.
The work rests on the foundation built in the earlier courses. Because of this, prior study of Elastic Force Chi Kung and Initiation into Hermetics is strongly recommended; without that grounding, the practices taught here will have little to stand on.
