About this course
Continue your study of Wu Ji Quan with Dr. Ortwin Lüers through two complete training forms: the Wind Form and the Cloud Form.
Building upon the principles introduced in Wu Ji Quan: Harnessing the Power of Yin and Yang, this course explores how coordinated movement, stepping, hand formations, and internal connection are expressed through two distinct forms.
The Wind Form is taught progressively through its Upper, Middle, and Lower sections. Dr. Ortwin explains the movements in detail, provides front and side views, examines the form’s mudra hand position, and demonstrates practical applications.
The Cloud Form is divided into six parts, allowing each section to be studied and refined individually before being combined into the complete form. The course also includes detailed instruction on Bagua stepping, complete demonstrations from multiple angles, a supporting Wu Ji Little Helper exercise, and applications from the form.
Through careful explanation and repeated practice, students will develop a deeper understanding of the movement principles that connect the Wind and Cloud Forms to the wider practice of Wu Ji Quan.
